On September 26, from 15:00 EET, on the Zoom platform, an online conference will be held, dedicated to the topic of media literacy with a focus on its acquisition by adult users over 55 years old. The event, which is in working English, will look at the issue in a broad perspective by inviting participants from all over Europe to engage and interact: experts in the field of media and digital literacy, librarians, adult educators, policymakers, representatives of non-governmental organizations whose practice has intersections.
The topic of the conference is Information Matters: Enhancing Adults Digital and Media Literacy and its realization is planned within the framework of the Information Matters project of the same name, coordinated by the “Global Libraries – Bulgaria” Foundation and implemented in the period March 2023 – October 2024 with the financial support of the program European Union under the Erasmus + program
