Board of Trustees
The supreme body of the Foundation, which guarantees the unfailing pursuit of its mission and goals and ensures the proper use of its property. The Board of Trustees works to achieve sustainability, financial stability and full-fledged institutional positioning of the Foundation on a national and international level, for the creation of its strategic partnerships, carries out strategic planning and advocates for the achievement of lasting results of the Foundation’s activities.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the works to develop the activity and achieve organizational sustainability of the Foundation, identifies funding opportunities, organizes project applications and fundraising. The members of the Management Board are proposed by the Board of Trustees.

Public Council
The Public Council is a permanent advisory body of the Foundation, which includes recognized Bulgarian and international experts in the Foundation’s field of activity, public figures, representatives of national and international organizations, donor organizations and others. They promote the Foundation’s mission and goals and provide expert assistance in carrying out its overall activities.
The Public Council carries out public control over the activities of the Foundation, plays the role of an exponent of public opinion and carries out public monitoring of the expenditure of the Foundation’s funds. It guarantees the transparency of its activity and has the right to send signals to the Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors in the event of identified problems in this direction.
