ALL DIGITAL WEEKS is a leading European digital inclusion campaign, which aims to support the digital skills of Europeans by providing awareness and informal learning through hundreds of events across the continent. Global Libraries Bulgaria Foundation will coordinate the 2026 campaign events in Bulgaria.
We invite all libraries and chitalishte across the country to join with their own initiatives between 9 and 25 March. The general theme this year is Digital Wellbeing for a Competitive Europe.

How to join All DIGITAL WEEKS 2026?

- Download and complete the form below
- Attach an image to represent your event if you have one.
- Fill out a separate form for each event
- The deadline is 8 March 2026

Event suggestions
Your initiative can take the form of a training, workshop, lesson, seminar, presentation, game, competition, screening, performance, concert, theatre production, camp, out-of-town event, project, party or social event, meeting, conference, congress, gala, festival, fair or networking event.

This year, Global Libraries Bulgaria Foundation will present an award to the event that best serves the needs of the local community. The winners will receive a certificate and a tablet to add to their collection of digital devices. To participate in the competition, complete this online form by 22 March (with pictures and media links).
How to communicate your events
- Visual communication: if you wish to prepare a special image for your event and you have a Canva account, write to us and we will share access to the materials which you can then edit.

Information webinar: Guidelines for preparation and participation in ALL DIGITAL WEEKS 2026
Global Libraries Bulgaria Foundation will hold a Zoom meeting (in Bulgarian) to discuss the All Digital Weeks 2026 campaign on Tuesday 24 February at 11.00. Participants will hear about their colleagues’ experience in previous campaigns, and have the opportunity to ask questions on how to plan and run their own events.
