Global Libraries Bulgaria Foundation will once again coordinate the pan-European All Digital Weeks campaign in Bulgaria. The campaign is one of the largest cross-continental initiatives for raising awareness about digital skills for inclusion, empowerment and employment, and unites organisations, trainers and learners from all over Europe through the common goal of providing citizens with basic digital competences.
The All Digital Weeks 2026 campaign will take place from 9 to 25 March, on the theme of Digital Wellbeing for a Competitive Europe. It will highlight digital wellbeing as a key condition for inclusion, trust and long-term competitiveness. The campaign will connect local practice, professional reflections and policy dialogue across Europe.
All libraries – city, chitalishte, school etc. – are suitable hosting venues for events as part of the campaign.
