The “Global Libraries Bulgaria” Foundation, in partnership with the BCause Foundation and Kaufland, organizes a book donation campaign.
On #GivingTuesday – December 3, 2024 – you can donate books to readers of libraries in small towns that do not have easy access to new editions.
Every book is a chance for children to immerse themselves in a fairy-tale world or for adults to discover new ideas and knowledge.
Through the “Global Libraries – Bulgaria” Foundation – the organizer of the action – the books will reach the readers of libraries in small settlements, which have limited opportunities to replenish the book fund with new editions.

Where to donate books?
In Sofia, the place for book donations will be Central Sofia Market Hall, on December 3, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
What books?
Books can be new or from your home libraries, published in the last 10 years.
They can be for children or adults, include Bulgarian and translated literature, encyclopedias and educational games and puzzles, specialized publications such as popular reference books and manuals.
