On 30 November 2012 a closing meeting under the Art and Computer together in Support of the Different Project, implemented jointly with the Resource Center in Support of the Integrated Education of Children and Students with Special Education Needs (RSSIECSSEN) took place.
On 21 – 22 November 2012, Hristo Smirnenski District Library in Pleven hosted a meeting focusing on the exchange of good practices under the Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program among target libraries from Sofia and Pleven districts.
On 24 October 2012, Hristo Botev District Library in Vratsa hosted a joint meeting of GLB target libraries and Employment Agency regional units from Bulgaria’s northwest region.
On 18 September 2012, the city of Ruse hosted the district thematic meeting on the topic “Projects: a Tool for Mobilizing Additional Library Finding”, a joint initiative of the Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program and Lyuben Karavelov District Library in Ruse.

On 18 – 19 October 2012, Hristo Smirnenski District Library hosted a district thematic meeting on the topic “Public Libraries and the Media”. Meeting participants included representatives of 45 GLB target libraries from Pleven district, local authorities, NGOs and the Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program Management Unit (PMU). The meeting was opened by Ms. Anya Mihova, Director of Hristo Smirnenski District Library. A welcome address to meeting participants was given by Mr. Stefan Petkov, Deputy Mayor of Education, Culture and Public Order of Pleven Municipality.
On 26 – 27 September 2012, the district thematic meeting “The Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program: Basis for Local Partnerships” took place at Pravets Palace Hotel in the town of Pravets.

On 4 September 2012, the district thematic meeting “Good Practices of Target Libraries from Plovdiv District”, a joint initiative of the Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program and Ivan Vazov Public Library, took place at the lecture hall of Ivan Vazov Public Library in Plovdiv.
On 11 – 12 July 2012, the town of Koprivshtitsa hosted the district thematic meeting “The Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program: Basis for Local Partnerships” – a joint initiative of the Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program and the Municipal Culture Institute (MCI) Sofia City Library.
